📋 2. Standard Booking & Corporate Policies
To protect our operational calendar and guarantee absolute preparation metrics, the following structural guidelines apply sitewide:
Secure Date Reservation Retainer
• All live event and wedding bookings require a 30% non-refundable retainer fee along with a signed service agreement contract to officially lock a date onto our performance calendar.
Final Balance Schedule
• The remaining performance package balance is due exactly fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date.
Geographic Travel Radius
• Listed rates cover full travel, setup logistics, and production breakdown across our standard Mid-South service area (including Memphis, Atoka, Munford, Brighton, Germantown, Collierville, and Tipton/Shelby counties).
• Settings outside a 50-mile radius are subject to a nominal flat travel fee.
Lesson Tuition Automation
• Private music studio tuition is billed automatically on the 1st day of each month via secure electronic
processing.
🎹 3. Private Lessons
• Atoka studio lessons are $1 per minute (for example, $30 for 30 minutes or $60 for 60 minutes).
• Lessons are scheduled on a private, one-on-one basis so students get focused attention and steady progress.
• Germantown Baptist Conservatory and Memphis Music Academy have their own tuition rates under my teaching contract.
